Quick Overview

Cusco stands at the head of the Sacred Valley and is the jumping off point for Machu Picchu. Enjoy this journey travelling by train & helicopter to/from Machu Picchu and tasting the magic of the sacred valley of the Incas.

Day by day itinerary

Day 1
Upon your arrival in Lima, you will meet by one of representative to drive you to the Hotel of your choice.
Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel. Half day sightseeing tour of Lima including at stop at Mari Solari store for an introduction on Peruvian Folk-Art and shopping opportunity. Remain of the day at leisure.
Day 3
After breakfast transfer to the airport to catch the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival transfer to the Hotel and remain of the morning at leisure for acclimatization. In the afternoon sightseeing tour of Cusco including the visit to the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, The Qoricancha Temple and the archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman.
Day 4
Breakfast. Leave the Cusco at proper time for transfer to the Sacred Valley the afternoon train to Machu Picchu including the visit of the towns of Chinchero and Ollantaytambo.
Day 5
After breakfast at the hotel enjoy a list of alternatives for your day in Machu Picchu from Sunrise visit to a hike up to the Huayna Picchu mountain or just indulge yourself to enjoy a regular tour of Machu Picchu. Return to Cusco by helicopter flight.
Day 6
Breakfast and transfer to the airport. Flight back to Lima. Remain of the day at leisure until your flight back home.
