Cusco stands at the head of the Sacred Valley and is the jumping off point for Machu Picchu. Enjoy this journey travelling by train & helicopter to/from Machu Picchu and tasting the magic of the sacred valley of the Incas.

Day 1

Upon your arrival in Lima, you will meet by one of representative to drive you to the Hotel of your choice.

Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel start with a guided visit to the Larco Herrera museum to learn about millenary ingredients that compose the actual Peruvian cuisine. Later on meet Mrs. Ana Maria Garcia owner of an early XX century residence in Miraflores: Casa Garcia Alvarado recognized as Lima’s cultural legacy. Enjoy a home-made cooking class of traditional Peruvian cuisine. After lunch continue with a sightseeing tour of Lima. Dine around alternative: Japanese or Chinese.

Day 3

After breakfast transfer to the archaeological site of Pachacamac for a guided visit followed by a menu tasting lunch at Don Cucho Restaurant. Remain of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 4

After breakfast transfer to the airport to catch the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival transfer to the Hotel and remain of the morning at leisure for acclimatization. In the afternoon sightseeing tour of Cusco including the visit to the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, The Qoricancha Temple and the archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman. A la carte dinner at Baco restaurant.

Day 5

Breakfast. Full day Machu Picchu by train. Lunch included.

Day 6

Breakfast and flight back to Lima. Immediately connection with flight back home or day use in Lima including round trip transfer airport-hotel-airport.
